Taking .812 to .510 + .002 - .00 (notice) the front of the pocket is pushed back and the Insert holder should be replaced, but is still making parts. Production went from 53 parts an hour to 103 parts an hour by goining to

Please view the video with the conversion kit in a CNC B&S, running 01 Tool Steel, the spindle speed is at 1500. The feed has been changed to .008 feed and the cycle time is 71 sec.
